Cabinet decides to sell Yeroskipou property

By Marie Kambas

The Council of Ministers decided today to put up state property in Yeroskipou near Paphos for sale to investors under a land license or lease agreement, the Press and Information Office said.
The decision was taken after investors showed interest in developing an area, known as Tsifliki Yerokipias, within the context of a 2013 government decision to privatise state owned land for large commercial projects aiming at encouraging investment and economic development, the PIO said today in an emailed statement.
